Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science or Human Resource Management.
• At least 8 years work experience with proven success in People Management.
• Must be organized, structured and with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a WFH setup, with a private and quiet space at home.
• Willingness to visit the office occasionally when required.
