Privacy Statement
This is our goal
PowerVision EAP Inc. (PowerVision) aims to help people maintain their productivity and well-being at work and in life by promoting mental and emotional health in the workplace. As we pursue this goal, we respect the privacy of our personnel and the individuals we serve. PowerVision observes generally accepted security practices and standards to ensure protection of personal information.
This is our intention for collection
As our individual clients, the information we collect from you will be used to help us assess and meet your needs, facilitate the scheduling process, and develop reports on aggregated statistical trends and outcomes for your company management.
As our employees and consultants, you may have provided personal information to us, such as but not limited to your name, contact information, home address, government identification, qualifications and other personal information as part of your employment or engagement with us. Your personal data will be used for proper personnel management. There may also be a need for the sharing of your personal information to client companies, prospective clients, principals, brokers and other external parties who may need to evaluate the capability of PowerVision to serve its clients.
This is our commitment
For our individual clients, your personal information is accessible only by authorized PowerVision personnel and kept securely in EmailMeForm cloud server for the duration of your company’s engagement with PowerVision. Thereafter, it will be anonymized and stored in a secured location for ten years for legal retention. Your individual personal information shall always remain confidential.
For our employees and consultants, your personal information will be kept confidential throughout and even after your employment or engagement with us and it will be kept in a secured storage. All your personal data will be deleted a year after termination of your employment or engagement with us except for employment history. We will ensure that third party recipients of your personal information will be covered by a data sharing agreement or a confidentiality agreement.
For all concerned data owners, you may request for the access, removal, correction, and objection to further processing of your Personal Identifiable Information by sending an email to dpo@powervisioneap.com.
