• Client Acquisition, from finding leads to sales contracting
• PR and Promotion Initiatives
• Management of Social Media Content Development
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other business-related courses.
• At least 6 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in professional services organizations.
• Strong research, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Effective oral presentation and written communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Good interpersonal skills: able to develop a wide network of contacts to generate leads.
• Creativity and resourcefulness in generating new ideas and finding ways to get things done.
• Effective negotiation skills, leveraging on business and product knowledge and constructively seeking a win-win position.
• Personal grounding (emotional control and composure, resilience, and stress management).
• Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Tasks are normally done in a work-from-home setup. Meetings are usually done virtually, with occasional meetings in the Mandaluyong office or other venues. May be required to visit client sites in various locations and attend industry events, as needed.
