We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team as EAP Counselor. This role involves delivering EAP services to employees across various accounts, primarily through individual counseling. Additionally, the role may include relationship counseling, group sessions, training, and administrative support in EAP services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provides counseling services to employees of various accounts. These are mostly individual counseling but may also be tapped to do relationship counseling and group sessions (In Person and/or Virtual).
• Conducts group thematic sessions and training sessions in person and/or virtual.
• Prepares and submits accurate timely documentation
• Assesses and ensures proper handling of critical cases.
Qualifications:
• Registered Guidance Counselor or Psychologist.
• At least 3 years of experience in counseling or psychotherapy work.
• Proficient in the use of technology and software such as Microsoft applications.
• Good business communication skills.
• Willing to work in a hybrid work set up.
