Key Responsibilities:
• Provide psychological first aid and immediate emotional support to clients.
• Assess and escalate critical cases.
• Perform intake procedure for clients.
•Prepares various reports.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or Guidance and Counseling
• Preferably with master’s units in Counseling or Psychology
• At least 1 year of work experience in counseling, preferably with experience in an administrative and/or customer service setting
• Administrative and Organizational Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills (written and oral)
• Personal grounding (emotional control and composure, resilience, and stress management)
• Must be able to work in a flexible schedule.
• Work is normally performed in a hybrid setup. Must work at a private space at home and occasionally work in the office as required.
