We are seeking for individuals with the energy, passion, and versatility to help people maintain their well-being in professional settings. This role is pivotal in delivering high quality mental health support and counseling to our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular individual wellness coaching sessions and group sessions for project team members of the assigned client company.
- Conduct occasional training sessions for project team members on mental health topics.
Qualifications:
- Registered Guidance Counselor, Psychologist or Social Worker
- At least 3 years of experience in counseling or psychotherapy work
- Proficient in the use of technology and software such as Microsoft applications
- Good business communication skills
- Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City or in Cebu City.
