PowerVision EAP Inc. (PowerVision) is committed to empowering people to thrive at work and in life. We prioritize mental and emotional health in the workplace and are dedicated to protecting the privacy of our clients and employees. We adhere to accepted security practices to safeguard personal information.
Why We Collect Information
For our clients, we collect information to understand and meet your needs, schedule sessions, and generate reports on trends for your company’s management.
For our employees and consultants, we gather personal information such as your name, contact details, address, ID, qualifications, and other relevant data to manage personnel. This information may be shared with client companies, potential clients, principals, brokers, and other parties evaluating PowerVision’s capabilities.
Our Commitment
For both clients and employees, only authorized PowerVision employees have access to your information. Your data is securely stored and anonymized after your engagement with PowerVision. We observe data retention policies for various data categories, but legal obligations and ethical standards always take precedence. Your information will remain confidential.
Your personal and sensitive information is stored in Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers, which are subject to stringent security and privacy controls. Access to your information is limited to authorized personnel bound by non-disclosure agreements and other contractual obligations to maintain confidentiality and integrity. We have also implemented Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the service provider to ensure compliance with the Data Privacy Act (DPA) of the Philippines and other applicable laws and regulations.
Client Privacy
We collect personal information to tailor our services to your needs. This includes your name, contact details, and relevant background information provided through our online intake form. By including emergency contact information, you confirm that you have obtained consent from the contact to share their details with PowerVision for emergency communication if necessary.
The information you provide will be used to:
- Match you with an EAP professional who best meets your needs.
- Facilitate scheduling for your first session.
- Identify you and your company for reporting aggregated statistical trends and outcomes.
Your personal information will be securely stored in our AWS cloud servers. Your individual information will remain confidential, and any data reported to your company will be aggregated and not personally identifiable.
Employee Privacy
The personal information we collect will be used for various purposes, such as:
- Managing your employment relationship with us, including processing your payroll and benefits, managing your performance, and providing training and development opportunities.
- Ensuring the security and control measures for remote work setup, including processing your Daily Time Record (DTR) via a mobile application to capture your geotagged data during working hours.
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations, including labor, taxation, and social security laws.
- Conducting internal research and analysis to improve our HR processes and policies.
Your Rights
Under the DPA, you have the right to:
- Access your personal information.
- Correct any inaccuracies in your data.
- Request the deletion of your personal information.
- Restrict or object to the processing of your data.
- Data portability.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, subject to certain conditions and limitations provided by law. If you withdraw your consent, it may affect our ability to continue processing your personal and sensitive information, potentially impacting our relationship with you. Data Sharing and Transfers

- Authorized PowerVision employees.
